Hi all you fabulous my healthy minders, do you get angry quickly? is anger sometimes your worst enemy? We all get angry sometimes, but would you like to change the way you deal with your anger? What would that look like for you in your own life and those in your life who are important to you?

Today we are going to learn about anger, where it comes from, what it is used for, how it impacts our healthy mind and how our healthy mind can best deal with it.

So, today, overall, we are going to learn,

  • What is anger?
  • Where does it come from in the body?
  • How does it affect me?
  • What can I do to help me express my anger in a healthy minder way? 

Watch and listen carefully as we have multiple choice questions for each section.
